Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Full refunds are made after approval if an item was received damaged or with any other issue. Please refer to our refund section below.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. In order to be approved we need your proof of purchase with receipt, and the item cannot be returned if it has been discontinued or purchased passed the 30 day mark. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note you are responsible for the shipping costs on returned items. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Starting Your Return Process With Us:

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions or about wrong size, damaged, or defective items.

Damages Or Other Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (our honey products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discontinued items, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We aim to provide quick shipping. Our goal is to ship your items within 1-2 business days.

We strive to purchase eco friendly and organic materials, whether for our clothing or packaging. Our shipping and packaging is compostable and recyclable. You will find at least one eco friendly material in each piece of clothing you buy. Some materials you may find in your items are organic ring-spun cotton, Bamboo, Bamboo Viscose, as well as eco-friendly and anti-bacterial spandex, and recycled polyester. If you do not find 100% ecofriendly material in your fabric, there will be some eco friendly cotton, OR eco friendly water based print on your tees! This print is smooth and blends right in with the shirt material. We value keeping the earth green, recycling, & saving the trees & bees! Be Kind to our Planet!
